Malice's Vignette

For those that don’t already know Malice, one half of The Clipse, is coming out with a book next month. Recently he has been putting out videos as a teaser for his book. As a Malice fan, I have been watching these videos religiously and can’t wait for the book. These videos are not your run of the mill attempts of a Hip Hop artist trying to generate a buzz. The videos are meaningful, deep and very revealing to say the least. I respect the fact that he is putting a lot of his feelings out there for the world to see. It does raise a few questions. Do you think it will change how listeners view him as an artist? And do you think he cares what anyone thinks?

Malice if you ever read this, can you explain one part of this video to me. What does the line “Just remember we Batman we ain’t nobody’s robin…” mean or who is it directed towards?
